Bobby Hambrick
Founder & board member
Bobby is a serial entrepreneur from central Illinois, who spent much of his career enabling the future of autonomous driving. In 2018, he successfully exited a company he founded and was ready for his next big adventure.
Bobby enjoys flying airplanes and traveling. You can almost always find him spending time with his family, friends and his special needs son, Truman. He is inspired by the selfless attitude and love Truman has received from those who have helped him grow. This is the fuel behind The Hambrick Foundation.
Tom Hammerton
Board member
Tom brings a unique skill set to The Hambrick Foundation. He has successfully led fundraising campaigns for more than two decades. His impressive background includes leading collegiate level athletic development capital campaigns and raising significant amounts of money to build a state-of-the-art cancer institute in his hometown of Peoria, Illinois.

Tom was honored to join the OSF HealthCare family in 2008. He now serves as the President of the OSF HealthCare Foundation, where he leads fundraising efforts ministry wide. Under Tom’s leadership, the OSF HealthCare Foundation has grown in assets from $35,000,000 to $350,000,000.
With a firm belief that a rising tide raises all ships, Tom has served on numerous civic and social agency boards and committees. Tom is an avid golfer. He and his wife Alison share five children and two grandchildren.
MatT Dionne
Board member
Matt is a man of many specialties. He practices law, operates his own real-estate brokerage and works for a successful property management company.
Matt enjoys spending time with family and friends, and has a newfound passion for chauffeuring his two sons to their many extracurricular activities. He is a devoted St. Louis Cardinals fan and enjoys experimenting with spicy cuisine.
Matt is proud to use his valuable skills for a good cause.
Derek Schryer
Board member
Derek, an attorney who focuses his practice on tax and business planning issues, is energized by assisting clients achieve their goals. He enjoys giving back to the community through service on various community boards and is a founding member of Cana Lutheran Church in Washington, Illinois. His prior board service reinforced the impact that charitable giving can have on individuals with development disabilities and their families. He is inspired by The Hambrick Foundation’s vision to enrich the lives of special needs children.
During his free time, Derek enjoys traveling with wife and two daughters and hopes to visit all the National Parks and major league baseball parks in the U.S.
Holly Tatum
Program director & Board member
Holly is an experienced journalist who began her career writing for various newspapers and magazines across the US. In 2013, she applied skills garnered from these roles and began building brands and organizing events as a marketing professional for startups and large companies alike. She is proud to bring the skills she's sharpened over the years to the team at The Hambrick Foundation and to dedicate her career to helping others.
Holly loves spending time traveling with friends and family, reading, running and practicing yoga. Her son, Luke, is a source of inspiration and a great concert buddy.
Holly is inspired to support the mission of The Hambrick Foundation and is excited to help the special needs community thrive.
Alain cool
Board member
Alain is a successful entrepreneur with decades of experience building relationships, creating lucrative partnerships and mentoring others.
He now spends his free time running his horse ranch, spending time with his family (which often means chasing his energetic grandkids) and playing in the snow.

Alain shares his entrepreneurial skill set with the team and gives his time to help make sure the foundation’s mission is executed.
